Samantha and Adam almost missed meeting each other completely, not just once, but twice. After what was likely a few close calls on campus at USC and swiping on each other on two different dating apps, their stories finally aligned one fateful night at a sushi restaurant in LA. They ended up closing the place down and both walked away knowing they had finally met their match.
Much like their first date, Samantha and Adam closed the venue down on their wedding night, but so much happened before that. Samantha started the day at her childhood home in Pasadena, having her hair and makeup done by Alyssa from Infinite Beauty LA where Adam met her along with their pup, Wally. With Adam suited up in Enzo and Samantha in Jenny Yoo, they enjoyed a few quiet moments together before heading to the Hahamonga Watershed Park for a few private photos with photographer Hanna Walkowaik.
The festivities really began as guests arrived at The Fig House, embellished with flowers from The Little Branch, to music played by VOX DJs. Friend Ryan Hotes videoed the affair as Samantha’s sister, Lauren, and Adam’s brother, John, officiated. RoomForty and Pharmacie provided the food and drinks, most notably Samantha and Adam’s signature cocktails: the BRIDE, a whiskey sour, the GROOM, a Moscow mule, the HONEYMOON, a bee’s knees and the WALLY, a water on the rocks. Luque’s Photos rounded out the event with a wildly successful photo booth, so popular we ended up extending their services for an extra hour. Suffice to say, it was a night Samantha and Adam are sure to never forget.
